The Brief
Having hosted a number of successful conferences previously, Cobra approached MNPE with the aim of adding expertise and additional resource to manage all major logistics on the 2024 edition of the conference.
The Outcome
Working closely with the Chief Operations Officer and Membership Manager, we successfully delivered a complex conference programme coupled with a completely redesigned evening event.
Our involvement in the conference required us to manage all aspects, including production, branding, venue, catering and exhibition, with the result being over 250 attending and experiencing the largest scale Cobra conference production to date.
The biggest success of the event however, was the delivery of Cobra’s new evening event. The Cobra management team were keen to move away from the standard sit down gala dinner to something more memorable and focused around networking, fun and informality. The result was CobraFest, which was hosted outside on Celtic Manor’s lawn and required the creation of a brand, included specific festival archway, in addition to the logistics elements, namely sourcing and managing marquee, games, catering, light up letters installation.
