The Brief
Deliver PIB Group’s inaugural international conference, which had a main focus of bringing together the newly formed leadership team – 90 people - from across Europe.
The Outcome
After a period of growth and acquisition PIB Group had a strong European presence in addition to their traditional UK base, which resulted in the need to bring the management together for an international conference.
Having worked with PIB on a few projects, we were given responsibility of bringing this idea to life from a logistics perspective – something we achieved in under two months (including Christmas). Our involvement covered all key event elements, including venue management, production, design and creative, conference registration and all travel related services.
The end result was a highly successful event, which saw a variety of conference sessions, an off-site dinner (at the stunning La Pedrera) and personalised VIP transport for all attendees.
