The Brief
Build on the success of Sitges (Barcelona) through delivery of a residential conference for PIB Group’s senior leadership team – 120 people – in a new location.
The Outcome
Working with PIB’s management, people and communications teams, we created an agenda which enabled attendees to network, socialise and work closely with their peers from across the business to help achieve the aim of highlighting the importance of trading within the business.
As PIB’s trusted events and logistics partner, we oversaw full delivery of all elements of the event – from venue sourcing, production, merchandise, event creative through to travel management, ensuring all attendees had a personalised experience.
Highlights away from the more standard conference delivery included BBQ dinners opposite the Baltic sea, drinks reception on a pirate ship, historical walking tour of Gdansk and a guided tour of a working shipyard.
The event was such a success that it has been shortlisted for an EVCOM Award.
