Managing Ardonagh’s presence at the UK’s industry leading insurance event

A continuation of Ardonagh’s positive BIBA activation from across the previous years, which saw the successful delivery of three different elements:

• Welcome drinks reception at 20 Stories

• Prominent stand within the BIBA exhibition

• VIP meeting programme at The Midland Hotel

Working closely with both the Group’s Communication and Advisory’s Marketing teams, we provided full logistical
support to deliver the three individual elements above, all of which received highly positive comments from both internal
and external attendees.

The Ardonagh welcome drinks is one of the ‘events to be at’ during BIBA – for this element, we oversaw the invite process, closely controlling the guest list to ensure we had high numbers (500) but that it felt accessible. This was in addition to managing all venue and branding related items.

With 72sqm of space, centrally located, the Ardonagh stand at BIBA receives a lot of attention. Our role, in close discussion with the Advisory team, was to bring to life the Everyman Cinema theme in a way that ensured a usable space, highly branded but different and not-corporate, something which was definitely achieved based on feedback.

Finally, the personally managed VIP meetings programme at The Midland Hotel, saw MNPE provide management in advance through direct communications with the various sales and marketing teams plus oversight on the day to ensure smooth running of the pre and on the day meetings booked in the hotel space.
