The Brief

To help Unilever, in partnership with their PR partner, deliver a smooth, slick activation event for their leading ice cream clients. The event was scheduled to take place over the course of one week, which was six weeks from the initial contact.

The Outcome

One of the most satisfying event deliveries to date given the short lead time, complicated venue and complex factors such as clients needing to be kept apart.

We worked closely with the Unilever UK&I Ice Cream marketing team, Catch A Fire (PR agency) and our key suppliers to help deliver a seamless, stress free, and successful client sell in event.

The venue, London Art House, was a lovely, highly themed venue in the heart of London, which meant we had to oversee not just the branding of six different rooms but the clearance of and then reinstallation of all existing furniture – all in a two day build and one afternoon derig.

In addition, we created impressive but cost effective brand rooms, which were in most cases unrecognisable from how they usually looked, managed the flow of attendees, and worked closely with the venue to ensure all additional elements, e.g., delivery of freezers and ice cream, happened without a hitch.

Feedback was widely positive, including requests from elsewhere within the business (globally) for more information on how they approached and delivered the event.
