Connecting the world of PIB

The first PIB TV Live was produced and delivered from the a boardroom within the head office in London. Following on from the success of this, we worked with the PIB team to deliver the event from their Spanish head office, which is in Barcelona.

The project required the installation and derig of a fully equipped studio, which would enable in-person speakers to present to an audience of potentially 3,000+ (the whole of PIB Group). From an initial simple agenda, the end result was over 16 speakers (individual and panels) presenting from two different positions within a boardroom of no more than 50sqm (with a large table that couldn’t be moved).

Working with our usual partner on this project we managed all logistical aspects from creative, videos, in-room and virtual production, the delivery platform, translations (captions) and presenters, including all of PIB’s Executive team.

Feedback on the day from those involved production wise was extremely positive, with praise from all of the Exec as well as our day to day contacts within the organisation.
