The Brief
Provide full logistics and event management support to the Ardonagh Communications team to help deliver their flagship annual staff recognition awards – Spotlight.
The Outcome
Put simply, enabling Ardonagh to host a spectacular evening of entertainment, excitement and celebration for their senior management and best of the best. An event that enabled Ardonagh to deliver something brilliantly different and inspiring.
Working closely with the Ardonagh Communications team and a selection of our top suppliers, we helped deliver a number of complex production elements, including:
Overseeing the Chief People Officer delivering a live performance of Shania Twain
Providing full production support to Sophie Ellis-Bextor
Sourcing and installation of 13 mirror balls, including the largest one in Europe
Delivery of high quality catering to the 500 guests
Accommodation and event specific transport for all attendees
The end result was, according to both the Communications team and guests who had attended previous editions of the event, the most impressive Spotlight yet – which given others had taken place at venues such as V&A, Natural History Museum, Troxy, National Maritime Museum and Banqueting House is a major source of pride.
