Overseeing the delivery of Searchlight Cyber’s flagship event activations

Searchlight Cyber (previously Searchlight Security) are a fast growing dark web security company, which through plans to keep developing had signed up to two well established, industry leading events. Working closely with the Marketing Director, we helped oversee, manage and deliver highly successful stands at both events.

BlackHat – starting from scratch we carried out detailed research into the delivery of events within the North American market with the aim of sourcing a key partner to bring the stand idea to life. Through doing this, we successfully understood how events in the US differ to Europe, which enabled the team to deliver a highly successful and budget friendly stand. Away from the stand, we also managed all accommodation, branding, delivery and team communications plus attended to ensure seamless delivery.

RSA – the requirement was similar, albeit for a larger stand. However, the main difference for RSA was the much shorter lead time, which required an instant pick up, reactivation of relationships with US based supplier and, through close working with the Searchlight team, quick decision making. The end result was an impressive stand, which enabled Searchlight to successfully launch their new dark web security book.
